The Royal Garden of Light at the Wilanow Palace is an open-air exhibition with thousands of colourful LEDs creating sophisticated forms. This great installation is a perfect proposal for cold gloomy evenings, both for kids and adults! After dark, visitors to the Wilanow Park can enter a space where they can feel like at a royal court. Despite the autumn and winter aura, orange trees are also blooming with light, to be photographed with in a shining frame with the palace at the background. This is also the best place for viewing this year’s surprise: the Music Dream Garden at the lower terrace. Light faithfully maps and fills the geometrically shaped garden with varying colours, all to the rhythm of famous classical music pieces.

In 2019 we are celebrating the 400th anniversary of the completion of the expansion of the Royal Castle in Warsaw which was initiated by Sigismund III Vasa. As a result of it, the new royal residence became the focal point of the political, cultural and court life of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth for the following decades. This anniversary presents a special opportunity to celebrate the dynasty and the time in which it ruled. Twelve rooms, containing nearly 300 exhibits on loan from 77 institutions, sophisticated scenography, a film with a digital reconstruction of the Castle of the Vasas – all this in the most important and largest exhibition in the Year of the Vasas.

Each Grand Finale is held in aid of carefully selected medical objective. The charity aims to support different branches of medicine, thus ensuring that the majority of Polish children’s hospitals are equipped in new, state-of-the-art medical equipment. This year we will be raising funds to finance the purchase of medical equipment for paediatric surgery and subsequent treatment. We will focus our efforts on general surgery, cardiac surgery, and neurosurgery.
The charity is coordinated by volunteers in every city and town accros the entire country.
