The exhibition tells the story of Pablo Picasso’s half a century of work – from his elegant classicism in the 1920s to the free and raw expression
of the artist’s final years. The viewers have the unique opportunity to see 120 of his works, including graphics, ceramics and book illustrations. Most
are presented in Warsaw for the first time, coming from the collection of the Museo Casa Natal Picasso (Picasso’s birthplace museum) in Málaga. They
are accompanied by Picasso’s selected works from the collections of the NMW.
